We are fully conversant with the provisions of the Data Protection Act and will not share your information with any third party unless legally obliged to do so. Should you wish us to supply any information we hold to a third party we would require your written authorisation to do so.
We are also conversant with the provisions of the Freedom of Information Act and all records we hold about you are open for inspection by yourself upon receipt of a written request. Copies of that information are available to you at a nominal administration charge.
We will always be trying to do the very best for you and trust that all will run smoothly and according to plan. In the unlikely event that problems arise we have an in-house complaints procedure and a leaflet is available from the practice. In the extremely unlikely event that any problems arising cannot be resolved between ourselves, we are fully supportive of the independent Optical Consumer Complaints Service.
