We aim to
supply the very best in eyewear and eyecare but realise
that sometimes things might not go quite as well as we
would have hoped. We also realise that most of us do not
want to seem to be making a fuss. However we want you to
be thrilled with our service and to tell all your
friends about us but only for all the right reasons. We
therefore guarantee that:-

We will give a full, no quibble,
money-back guarantee, within 30 days of collection
if you are not entirely happy, for whatever reason,
with your new spectacles. Alternatively we will do
everything humanly possible to rectify matters.

We will always listen to any
concerns you may have about your eyes, eyewear or
eyecare.

All spectacles supplied by us are
guaranteed against manufacturing faults for 12
months from the date of purchase. This does not
include accidental damage or fair wear and tear.

All Eyeplan Reward or 60+ members
receive two years accidental damage cover on
complete pairs of spectacles supplied under the
scheme. This does not include fair wear and tear or
loss.

All spectacles will need
adjustment from time to time to keep them fitting
comfortably and the lenses giving you the best
vision. This aftercare is all part of our ongoing
service.

Should we at any time not be able
to resolve a dispute between ourselves we fully
support the Optical Consumer Complaints Service

Special Discounts

Children under the age of 16 and
young people under the age of 19 and still receiving
full time education are entitled to a voucher
towards the cost of their spectacles from the NHS.
Others receiving certain government benefits may
also be entitled to a voucher.

Members of Eyeplan are entitled
to our special Eyeplan prices representing over 30%
discount on spectacle frames and lenses with higher
discounts becoming available on the lenses as the
length of membership increases.

If two pairs of spectacles to the
same prescription are ordered at the same time the
second pair would attract 20% discount. (Budget
range frames excluded)

A second pair to the same
prescription ordered within one month of the first
pair will attract 10% discount including
prescription sunglasses.

NHS, Police, Fire and WSBA
employees are eligible for a 10% discount on
spectacles on production of their identification
cards.

Free contact lens assessments are
available to young people under the age of 19 and
still receiving full time education and to anyone
following the purchase of a complete pair of
spectacles.

All members of our contact lens
aftercare schemes enjoy 20% discount on spectacles
and 10% discount on contact lens solutions.
Privacy We are fully
conversant with the provisions of the
Data Protection Act and
will not share your information with any third party
unless legally obliged to do so. Should you wish us to
supply any information we hold to a third party we would
require your written authorisation to do so.
We are also conversant with the
provisions of the Freedom of
Information Act and all records we hold about
you are open for inspection by yourself upon receipt of
a written request. Copies of that information are
available to you at a nominal administration charge. |
